Data, purposes and legal bases
Account, enquiry, order, project, message, file and learning data is used to provide requested services, prepare proposals, secure the platform and meet legal duties. Processing is based on contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared only with necessary hosting, authentication, communication or payment processors under appropriate agreements. Transfers outside the EEA require an adequacy decision or approved safeguards. Data is not sold.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only for its stated purpose or a legal retention period. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent for the future, and complain to the competent EU authority.
Security and incidents
Access is role- and ownership-scoped; sessions are protected and files private. Relevant breaches are assessed, documented and, where required, reported to the authority within 72 hours.
